Land Use, Waste and Water

A thorough review of properties proposed for subdivision, that do not have a municipal sewer utility available, reviewed for proper sizing and site conditions to support on-site sewage disposal system use. This is done in an attempt to insure the likelihood of future use of a parcel as a building site.
